The FO-VILL hybrid solar air conditioner is designed for use with solar energy. All electrical components are DC, including the compressor, high efficiency DC fan motors, valves and solenoids. The whole system only contains an air conditioning unit and some PV panels. Integrated in this way, the system is cheaper than a separate solar cell system and the installation of an air conditioning system, and it also does not require the approval of a separate authority.
